Suspension of hosting account

Hi,
While trying to enter the cPanel, I was said that my hosting account is suspended due to unsufficient disk space.
I never kept smth large on x10 hosting and am a bit confised what happened.

Coule you please check this out?

Your account itself isn't suspended. That error means that the server itself as a whole is too full to do anything. The admins are aware of this and are trying to get it solved.
