Hi, i cant create ftp account... i fill all required but and press "create" but nothing happening...

Does your default one not work? To sign in to it, use your cPanel username and password.

maybe i am using wrong setup,

port i leave empty

are this settings correct?

Those settings are correct. If you want to, add in the port as 21. The admins are currently working on your server because its diskspace as a whole got too full to do anything. So please do check back later or try it again later.

i tried already with port 21.. same error Response:421 Home directory not available - abortingError: Could not connect to server
