Deleted Cgi.bin file from file manager/ home

I accidently deleted the cgi.bin file is there any way i can retrieve it. can you help me reset my site?

The cgi.bin folder in your public_html directory doesn't work, so you'll not need it anyway. The reason is because cgi is not available in free hosting due to security reasons.
