Please read about the disk space policy change -- it was posted a while back, and it's the sort of information that the requirement for coming to the forum is meant to provide.
If you actually need the space (you have to be using more than 500MB already) and your site is operating in compliance with the terms of service, then if you ask for it, you'll get it. This is just a measure to keep abusive sites in check; people have an awful habit of using their website hosting accounts for file storage and distribution even though they agreed not to when signing up.
