SSL on illuminated hosting plan

Hi, i am currently using free hosting plan, it doesn't have the ability to install a ssl cert on server. can the illuminated hosting plan do that?. i need it for my webstore to take secured information.

SSL requires a dedicated IP, which only our premium and VPS plans provide (for premium, you will need to either purchase the 3 year plan or add it for $1/month, it is included in the price of the VPS)

ic. then if i upgrade free hosting to premium, i believe it will transfer all of my data on free hosting to premium hosting server automatically?

also how many ssl cert can i install on premium? can i opt in for a longer plan? like 5 or 10 years?
