New account: almost nothing works

I just created an account, got the confirmation email, confirmed and tried the following:

-login from http://x10hosting.com/ gives me the error:
It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (3C179A72)

-login to https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083
succes

-cpanel works, but I can't create any files with the file manager, nor are my setting saved.

-I can't create ftp accounts

These are my details:

Domain: mytime.x10.bz
Package: adfree-infinity
Hosting Server: lotus

the login error 3C179A72 is gone; the other issues still unsolved...
