SQL databases not displaying?

On my cPanel it shows that I have 3 out of 4 databases used but in the MySQL databases page it only shows 2.
Under phpMyAdmin I have 2 databases outside of the gx61 tree: _test and _1.
I cant drop these databases and they are showing up towards my limits

I just checked phpMyAdmin and now the 2 databases arent visible but cPanel still reports them as mine and I am not aloud to add any new databases
