Site Backup Restore

My site got shelled and im wondering if x10 keeps backups of my site and if they could restore it because everything got removed and i didnt have any backups on my comp

the sites were

www.spectrodesigns.x10.mx
www.d3adlygaming.x10.mx

If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated
