FTP Account Problem

Hello.

While I was trying to create a FTP account on my cpanel, that section started to malfunction because it dosent submit my request, Even the Password Generator doesn't work at all. I though it was a connetion problem with my Internet so I tried several times later the same day, but with the same results.

Please let me know if you can help me with this issue, I would be really thankful

I am having the same problem. Please do something about it, i am really in need for some FTP accounts.

Exact same problem here! Not able to create FTP account, because the Password generator/strength meter doesn't respond. Therefore, I am not able to connect with my FTP client. Using Lotus host. Please help!
