account suspension

Just curious, my account was suspended for "nonuse: on Dec 5, 2011. It says on the top of my account "last account login november 26 at 3:34 pm" It had only been 9 days since I logged on. I thought I had to log on to my account at least once a month. I am wondering why my account was suspended so that I can avoid it in the future! Thanks!

Only visits to the forum ( at http://x10hosting.com/forums ) as a logged-in user count as activity. Logins to your account panel, cPanel or FTP account don't count as activity for that purpose. I see, though, that you have logged in today, and your account is no longer suspended. Just remember to log into the forms once every 31 days.
