What are these setting supposed to be to make my email work ??

Smtp is used if you are using an external mail provider such as gmail/google apps or hotmail for webmasters. Else use the php mail function and a from address linked to your account.

Thanks for your reply, however the setting for that are not input already in my forum. I need to know what the

SMPT Server Name=_________________

SMTP Port______________________

SMTP UserName________________

SMTP Password____________________

Please supply these blanks so i can enter them on my forum and my mail should work

Why does the email not work from my forum, and why cant i get a response to my support request??? that will fix the problem. SMF has advised me that the problem is 100% a host issue.
