Should be fixed; apologies for the extra "suspend/unsuspend" emails you'll end up with, sometimes our system sticks and the fastest way to fix it is to suspend it and re-do the unsuspend.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
