my site will not load

my site (jamietech.co.cc or alt domain jamietech.x10.mx) will not load at all.

Co.cc has apparently blocked x10hosting's nameservers. Even though x10hosting is trying to come to an agreement with co.cc, please do petition to co.cc to unblock the nameservers. Your alt domain/main domain jamietech.x10.mx should be working, but there is a permanent redirect from it to jamietech.co.cc. If you remove that redirect, then your main domain will work again.
