I have parked ankurmhatre.co.cc to my account. And a few weaks ago i activated cloudflare on it. But now when i visited the cloudflare from cpnael, it shows sign up form. But when i click on sign up nothing happens.

Why ?

What should i do if i want to reactivate cloudflare on ankurmhatre.co.cc?
