Your account is not Suspended.You can login to your Cpanel and upload your files to public_html folder

No, your account isn't suspended. I'm getting the "just created" page for your account, though. There seems to be a problem with Boru at the moment -- can you try again in a little while and post back into this thread if there's still a problem?
