It can sometimes take a few days for us to reply to tickets, and unfortunately there are a lot of tickets created recently which means that some slip through the cracks. As for your issue, it is a temporary thing and will be fixed within a day or so, if you are willing to wait that long. If you still wish for your account to be deleted, please post back.
