no login due to DEADBEEF, website broken, phpmyadmin not working

just to let you know that somethings not right. i noticed the website is not available, so i tried to log into the x10hosting account, got DEADBEEF. went to cpanel login (worked) and went to phpmyadmin to export the database and after that try to import a backup that i knew was working, but could not even export the database.

please help : )

There were some more updates underway last night, but everything should be fixed now
