Account Suspended! though x10 says my account is "active"

I use illuminated account in starka..


When I go to my site url, i get "This Account Has Been Suspended" , without much info. Though my account in x10 says my account is "ACTIVE"


Moreover my FTP doesn work either.


please help me asap... My Site has been down for 8 days now
