I can't send or receive email except for internally.

I can't receive mail from my Hotmail email address. I get a DSN(Failure) from the Hotmail postmater when I try.

I also can't send mail to my Hotmail email address. Nothing appears in my Inbox or Junk folders. I have waited 48 hours.

But I can send and receive email between my main domain user account email and parked domain email account which I set up.

What is causing this problem and how do I fix it?
