I can't access my website

I made a website with a forum, but I can't access it. It says "The connection has timed out. The server at xerxstudios.x10.mx is taking too long to respond." Is this an error on x10's half?

Again. My website is http://xerxstudios.x10.mx and the forums are at http://xerxstudios.x10.mx/forums.
