Can't log into cpanel, port 2083 blocked

My old host allows me to log in via https://cpanel.domain.com instead of https://domain.com:2083, is it possable to have this configured on my account?

Try your domain.com/cpanel or domain.com:2082 you can set a redirect for yourself cpanel.domain.com inside the cPanel if you want to and make it redirect it to the URL's I have said.
