    Can't access my account

    Hello,

    i just created an account for free.
    I uploaded an index.html and whatever I try, I alway's get the following error:
    error 404

    Code:
    The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server.
    Common reasons for this error:
    • Incorrectly spelt file or directory.
    • The file or directory was removed.
    As path I give my peronal x10hosting adres from my Account created email with /home/cpanelname/public/index.html
    Can you fix it?

    public shloud be public_html,

    but I am not able to edit.

    I am able to access the control panel and my files, just won't open in my browser.

    You don't actually put public_html in the url; it's at http://sterfmetcocaine.x10.mx/hello.html for instance, when the folder is /home/cpanelusername/public_html/hello.html.

    I am now able to acces my files.
    I was herefore with another one and there you had to put the whole path, otherwise you couldn't do anything.
