Thanks! for the support team who resolved my previous issues of empty domain - no directories.

But after trying the account for 2 days, it has again landed into server issues.

If I try to open the default page - it throws Server Error
I try to access a page with file path - it throws 404 error / Server Error


All this makes one wonder if its really 99% uptime or is it due to the 'lotus' server that i got the space on.

Are other people on the same server, facing this issue?

Can someone help in resolving it.
