How do I park a domain?

The new layout is confusing and honestly useless. I think there should be a call back button to go back to the old layout.
How do I park a domain? It was easy before but know... and when I try to make a support ticket it says my account is suspended for reason """. Thanks

Oh I did that in Cpanel... but I didn't know if that was the correct way...
