    Main Domain Change

I can NOT find where to change my main domain. I've looked everywhere for the option and all I can find is addons, parked, and subdomains. Where is the option to change the main domain?!?!?
I know I did it once from the original to a co.cc, but no I can't find the option to change it again! can I only change it once?

Also, I own the domain that I'm trying to use.

    Re: Main Domain Change

We no longer support changing your account's main domain. We will allow those with non x10 subdomains to change their main domain back to a free x10hosting subdomain (x10.mx, x10.bz, etc.), but not to anything else. This is because for the purposes of being able to always access your website in the event of a DNS issue or no longer owning the domain, you (and our support staff) will always have a means of getting to your website. You can add custom domains via the cPanel parked domains feature. If you wish to change you main domain back to a free subdomain, please post back.

    Re: Main Domain Change

Okay, so Whenever I try to go to http://x10hosting.com/control, It becomes http://x10hosting.com/portal/. On the top bar, my options are Account settings, Support, Visit community, and Logout. When I press account settings, I can change my primary email and my password and nothing else. What am I doing wrong?
    My account is foxpaw
    My old domain is foxpawmedia.co.cc
I'm trying to change it to foxpawmedia.com (I bought it tonight from namecheap.com)
I have already set the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I just can figure out how to do it from the hosting side!

    Re: Main Domain Change

Will email show up as my old domain or the parked one? And what do I do about FTP?
I guess I don't want to keep the co.cc account forever so I guess change it back to the free subdomain.
thanks for the quick reply btw

    Re: Main Domain Change

Can you please tell me what subdomain you wish to have? As for the .com, add it as a parked domain under cPanel. If you get an error about "park wrapper cannot successfully synchronize with jackmunch" or something similar, please note that your new domain WILL work even with that error message (but let me know if you see it anyway so I can manually apply what it should have done, as it updates our backend system and the account portal to show the new parked domain).

    Re: Main Domain Change

Yes it is, I have queued a domain change for your account -- it should be processed shortly. Let me know if your account has yet to be updated after an hour or so.

EDIT: seems to have been processed already, so your new main domain is foxpaw.x10.mx

Let me know if you have any other issues.
