Why Can't We no Longer Upload Files Via the Cpanel?

Usually when I need to load a file in my forum quickly, I was able to use the Upload Icon in File Manager in Cpanel. It no longer works since the update. It just sits there and nothing happens and I have to cancel. Do anyone know why Upload no longer works via the cpanel? Thanks

There is a problem with the File Manager that has appeared since the new account portal was put in place, and work is going on to figure out what the problem is and how it can be fixed. In the meantime, you can upload using either the Legacy File Manager or FTP.

There are reports that it works properly using Internet Explorer.

I use FTP usually but sometimes when changing an image, it's easier to just use file manager. Thanks for the information Skizzerz on Explorer!
