"Unable to connect" when viewing website (stoli)

I've been designing my website (benefactia.x10.mx) all day today, until the link went dead about a half hour ago. cPanel still works, as well as FTP and webmail. The account resides on stoli.

Was there a scheduled maintenance? I've done a quick search, and found no mention of scheduled downtime. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
