I had a PHP nuke website I Was working on and the databases went real sound and was unfamiliar with how some of the directories worked. I had a backup of all the files on a Zip file of everything on the home directory one level up from public_html.

Home Directory /home/shoots

so I deleted everything in there and tried to copy the files back into that folder and now nothing works. I cant even install a regular stock site off softelicious it all goes straight to a 404 error page. sometimes my root directory also tries to access my router for some reason. I know that it was silly of me to do this based off my research. Can someone help me get a working site back up and running preferably with PHP nuke. -- Thanks
