Hi,

I was suggested by the Support team to request for account deletion and recreate new one.

After following it, I have created the domain again with same details, but I'm unable to login to cPanel.

I have raised a support ticket also but haven't seen any response to it in 5 days.

Just to brief here I havent even receive the system generated mail for my new cPanel credentials.

Any guidance would be appreciated, since I signed up for this service by looking at the good reviews, but the journey doesnt seems to fair that well with the consistent service issues.
