The all free accounts have unmetered bandwidth However the diskspace is not unmetered immediately after signup but you can get after reaching following requirements.

Unmetered Requirements
- Account must be one week old
- You must be using at least 500MB of your storage space
- You must have a working website online that falls inline with our terms of service
