Hello, I am trying to backup my website and I have noticed that MySQL is being extremely slow, I am on Chopin. Any reason why this is being extremely slow to respond or load?

Also what is the point of visiting “http://irc.x10hosting.com/webgateway” and typing in “help” followed by your issue, when no one responds?

Obviously, the nature of the "live chat" system means that if support reps aren't at their computers some issues may go unanswered. The bot is there to help filter out issues that could be answered with a link or short explanation to help people with the common problems that do not necessarily need a support rep to fix.
The most reliable way to ensure your issue is answered is to open a support ticket, as although you can go through the support process on the chat, there may not actually be anyone there.

I did that, but the message I post gets cut off.

Now the why I was original opening a support ticket is the MySQL is being extremely slow, I am on Chopin. Any reason why this is being extremely slow to respond or load? It takes forever to load.
