Database Error

Hi, just recently, I've encountered a database error for my WordPress installation. I haven't done any back-end changes to my wordpress installation, it just suddenly goes down.

Just before the error, on cPanel, when I clicked on MySQL Databases, it displayed an error stating it was down or something. Now it's back up( I guess) but now my main website is off...

Please help me...
