Support Ticket Issue

I know that in a sticky thread, that it is said to use the Support Ticket for help, however the problem is that the support ticket system will NOT load. It goes to a white screen, which makes it impossible to submit a support request.

I do not remember what I needed help with now, but thought you guys would like to know that the Ticket system is not working, at least not for me.

it seems that tere are some issues in support system
