Unable to see data

I have just uploaded website files and extracted zips. I cannot see any files on my server. Please help.

File manager says data error and FTP says:
Command: USER sbhat
Response: 331 User sbhat OK. Password required
Command: PASS *****************
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server

It appears that the "Lotus" server is currently experiencing some problems right now.
I highly doubt that your files are deleted - they are probably just unavailable.
It is your responsibility to take backups of your files - not x10Hosting.
Please be patient while our admins investigate. This should be fixed soon.

The /home/user is not located on server. I hope you have un-mounted the partition and doing some fsck or something. I hope my data will be restored soon as you mount back.
