fatal error... new account....

I just recently started my account and already am having issues. from the beginning, I tried going to my site and i was getting a http://staff.x10hosting.com error page... not sure why.... now I am getting an error that some file is calling a non-existent file:

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'cgi/includes/root_dir.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/fraktu28/public_html/rootdir.php on line 32

I used the softaculous installers to install phpbb for forums and silex for my main site area.... phpbb works fine, although everything is kinda slow... just don't know if it is my end or not

okay.... the problem has been resolved... I installed the latest version of silex manually and the error didn't appear after that... so I think that maybe that softaculous had a broken version that wasn't installing everything needed to run properly.
