Lotus down?

It looks like Lotus is limping along today. Getting extremely long load times, some images not loading, can't connect via FTP, etc. I looked in the support section which refers me to Account Portal. I don't see a support icon, so I clicked Help, which then refers me to a "Contact" link at the bottom of any page. Well there isn't one. So I'm not sure where your support panel is currently located, but regardless, Lotus is having some service issues today.

Hi this is affecting me too. I have now submitted a ticket.

At the top where it says "Support" you hover and then click Create Ticket.
