I have just recieved a reply to my support ticket:

Hello,

The server your account is on appears to have lost connection with the  SAN. Administration has been informed. All of your files should still be  there once an administrator has been able to resolve this issue.

We must now wait patiently for the problem to be resolved.

This is the second time that's happened this month, Is there something wrong with lotus? I have also been experiencing very slow load times and many connection fails (In Google Chrome) and lots of the time it times out.

Agreed, I've experienced this for the second time too this month and am also getting the slow loading even though I am on 9mb download speed. Would appreciate it if lotus stopped having tantrums
