Please help me as soon as you can-data lost

Whole website on my server is deleted, home folder is empty, I don't know what happened, all was ok few hours ago.
What to do? Is it possible to recover my website? Do I need to change my login pass and username?
Please reply me as quck as you can.

I have just received a reply to my support ticket:

Hello,

The server your account is on appears to have lost connection with the  SAN. Administration has been informed. All of your files should still be  there once an administrator has been able to resolve this issue.

We must now wait patiently for the problem to be resolved.
