Paid for Prime Upgrade but no sign of it...

Have paid for my hosting to be upgraded to prime... paid succesfully with PayPal and have a receipt. But the account portal still says Standard with the upgrade option next to it......................

Can someone point out whats happened.... also the server seems to running very slow today? Anyone else had this issue?

I also noticed that the website is very slow today. I signed up here for a free account so I can test it out before upgrading to their paid hosting. But, if their service is this slow, I might have to look somewhere else. Too bad I liked this site, as it was easy to set up.
