How does X10 check if you are active?

Because my Website is completed, I never ever have to log in to the control panel. Other than that am I allowed to be busy with college for two weeks before I get a suspension notice?

Is it webtraffic, Cpanel use or what?

I was shocked with the message which was not a nice thing to do intentionally, especially adding the "This is irreversible" part after I've been working my ass off an entire month though I did find relief in the ease of which it was restored.
