Unable to access cPanel

My new free account was recently created and I went to log into cPanel for the first time.

I am unable to get in. At the login form, I put my username and password and then click Login. For a VERY brief second, it says "Successful Login" but then the page IMMEDIATELY reloads and gives me the error, "Must supply a username to login."

If I attempt to push the "Access cPanel" button from my account overview page, I get sent to the cPanel login page with the Invalid Login error.

I don't know anything about the account, not even what server it's hosted on, because I have been unable to login.

I am facing exactly the same problem. Can someone fix it or atleast mention an alternative login page or something.

What is the URL it is failing to login at?
