all files have been removed

Every file of mine has seemed to have been removed, it was down earlier today but i managed to login to absolutley nothing

This directory is empty.

literally everything is gone!

Mine as well. I have 2 websites, both completely gone. They were both there very recently.

Ironic, I literally posted a topic about this just 1 minute after you (looked for topics on it earlier and did not see anything). I really hope this gets resolved...I put in a lot of work that I don't want to go to waste.

http://status.x10hosting.com/ This is why your files appear to be missing. Don't get too excited, once they get these servers back up I bet your files will be there just as before.

Thats good then, i don't mean to sound nasty to either of you but at least i know it isn't an issue on my side.

in my case my site did not work and when they had no files between ..
hopefully be resolved soon , I do not want to lose my files

If you ever can't access all the files in your home directory, then it is very likely that the server has simply disconnected from it's SAN hard drive (ie. the files are still there, just not connected to the server).
