Something seriously messed up

So, I go on my website this morning and lo and behold, I get a 404 error when there's supposed to be a Joomla website there (installed through cPanel's autoinstaller). Now the fascinating thing is, after checking the File Manager...my entire directory is empty. There are no files there at all. I clicked on the Auto Installer in cPanel to see if it still had any idea about the Joomla website and got a:

Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess with exit signal: 2

Edit: It seems that servers are down so I'll just close this.
