Inactivity Warning

Had a strange email reminding me about account inactivity from x10hosting today.

Problem is - I am not inactive, I check in here at least once in 2 weeks.
Then when I click on the link, it *does not* say I am inactive.

Am putting up this thread to see if anyone else is having this problem. Just to alert the moderators if this might be a glitch in the program?

Change to Inactivity Policy

Are you aware that it is now the Account Panel that you have to log onto, not the Forum?

Thanks descalzo, yes I'm aware of the change but like the message said - Account:Active
So just highlighting that I got a warning for inactivity but when I logged in, it said "Active" instead of suspended.

So it was a message in error.

The warning usually comes a few days before the account reach the point of actually being inactive, inactive would in this case mean you had not logged in to the account panel for 31 days.

For instance, and this is just a guess as I don't know the exact numbers, if you have not logged in for 25 days, a warning would be sent out telling you that your account is close to being marked inactive

The warning does come in order to prevent suspension, so it is just as it should be that the account is still marked as active when you logged in.
