Red face Moving my Domain name to x10hosting account

I have recently acquired a site: setitupbetter.x10.mx. I want to move my Domain (setitupbetter.com) from my old hosting (justhost.com) to replace setitupbetter.x10.mx.

I have set the X10 name servers (ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com) within Domain Management at my old host.

But I just happened to think – there is nothing there indicating which x10 site to assign it to; so I must need to do something here on my x10 cpanel or with x10 management. What would that be?

Yes, I’m another noob, so I know you’ll be kind and patient.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hello,

To use your own domain, either add it as a Parked or Addon Domain in your cPanel.

Use a Parked Domain if you want to access your main website via another name, or
Use an Addon Domain if you want to have a second website accessible via that name

Please be sure the domain's nameservers are set as followed:
    ns1.x10hosting.com
    ns2.x10hosting.com

*We do not support changing your account's main domain.*

For more information, please see http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Use_Your_Own_Domain

Re: Moving my Domain name to x10hosting account

Thank you very much. I found an answer to a similar post by felipe7 only after I had posted made my request.

I set up a subdomain and added my domain name to it.

I just now found how to clear DNS cash (cmd:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    On Windows.)

The site has just come up after about 30 hours, so all is well!

    Dan
