Unable to create Free Hosting Account

Hello, I am unable to create a Free Hosting account from last 2 days
Whenever I try to Create a account, I get this error:

We've detected that you've already registered with us today.

I've tried waiting for 24 hours but no use. I have a dynamic IP Address. Please any ways to solve this issue

As far as I can tell you already have a working hosting account linked with this forum account, NOT the domain and email you state in your post though. You can only have one hosting account.

As far as I can tell you already have a working hosting account linked with this forum account, NOT the domain and email you state in your post though. You can only have one hosting account.

as per Anna's reply above, you can only have 1 hosting account.

You can host multiple sites on 1 hosting account, login to your cpanel account and create a new subdomain: VIIIC.x10.mx

as long as that's not taken, it should go through successfully

Will I have to delete my old account and create a new one or can you change my present domain from cshubhamrao.x10.mx to viiic.x10.mx?

you would need to request the current hosting to be deleted, we do not support changing the main domain of an account. However setting the new as parked will essentially make it work the same, just remember to configure any scripts you have installed to use the new domain to ensure they do work properly.
