    cpanel not working!! ? HELP

    ok i have the correct login info. i enter it in and press login..

    and then says u must specify a username to login? idk why its doing this!!

    and im using firefox so idk if that is the problem

    have you tried DOMAIN-NAME.com:2082 or DOMAIN-NAME.com:2083 to log into cpanel?

    Try the following:

    1. Log out and back into your account portal (this step is important, so do not skip it)
    2. click the blue access cpanel button

    Reply here if it worked or not (and if it didn't, what error(s) you continue to receive)

    That helps me. I just newly signed up and lead to enter cPanel just after registration completion and got the error. The process flow (or information) after registration must be changed, I think.
