Can't connect with FTP client

I can't connect to my host with FTP client (server lotus)
Port 21:
ERROR:> [12/8/2012 01:19:44] The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it.
Port 22:

ERROR:> [12/8/2012 01:20:33] No further authentication methods available.
ERROR:> [12/8/2012 01:20:33] The requested operation failed for an unknown reason.

but I can connect with net2ftp.com (FTP website)

Connect to port 21 in passive mode, making sure that use encryption is off. If you try to use encryption, try using explicit ssl/tls and use whatever port that changes it to by default.
