Error Message During Registration!

Hi all… a little Time Ago I have made to delete my Account for a Re-SignIn with a New UserName.

After having inserted the Domain Name I have pressed the button "Complete Recording" and... it appears an Error message saying...

"We have disabled registrations from your country of origin due to continued abuse"

What it means?!?!!?

What can I do for Recording me now?????

So... I can't Sign Up in this WebSite Anymore.....

But this is a temporary Message.... right??

I am only a simple Student and, I am not even eighteen years....

EDIT: And for what it's worth, you did your part in contributing to the fact that your country is now blocked, since your original account was under a permanent suspension for violating our Terms of Service before it got automatically deleted.
