Why was my site suspended?

Why was my site http://elscomic.elementfx.com suspended? If its because you didn't see an ad, thats because I was still working on editing the html to put the ad in a good spot(because its width is longer then its height which sucks:/)

Actually you have a couple of days to place open your site and ads so it wasn't probadly that. Did you violate the TOS in any way?

I placed the ad on the top for now till i find a better spot
